Terms & Conditions of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tk1871 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website at tk1871.net and all associated services, products, games, and features made available through that domain.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, launching a game, or otherwise using any part of the tk1871 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact support at [email protected] to arrange closure of any existing account.

tk1871 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by the email address on file. Continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms are written in English and the English version governs in all circumstances. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English text takes precedence.

Scope of Services

tk1871 provides the following services to eligible players: sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), live casino games, slot games, fishing games, crash and instant games, and related account management, payment, and support services. The availability of specific games or markets may vary based on your device, connection, and any applicable service maintenance schedules.

All games on the tk1871 platform use certified random number generators (RNG) supplied by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. tk1871 does not alter, influence, or interfere with game outcomes. RNG integrity is the responsibility of the respective game studios and their independent testing laboratories.

The tk1871 platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, deposit funds, or participate in any betting or gaming activity on this platform. This age restriction is non-negotiable and is enforced without exception.

By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not a professional in the business of accepting bets or wagers on behalf of others.
• You are not under self-exclusion from tk1871 or any other gambling platform.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is specifically prohibited by applicable law and where you have been expressly informed that such prohibition applies to your use of this platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of tk1871.

tk1871 performs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification using Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) data to confirm the age and identity of all players before processing any withdrawal or activating any bonus. Players who cannot complete KYC verification will have their accounts suspended and any pending withdrawals placed on hold until verification is completed satisfactorily.

Any account found to be operated by a person under 18 years of age will be immediately and permanently suspended. All gameplay conducted by that account will be voided. Any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source after deducting any bonus credits applied to the account. tk1871 actively supports efforts to prevent underage gambling and will cooperate fully with any parent, guardian, or regulatory body investigating suspected underage account usage.

Each player may hold only one (1) account on the tk1871 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination of these — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances consolidated or forfeited at tk1871's discretion.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your legal full name as it appears on your NID, a valid email address, a working mobile number, and your date of birth. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account suspension.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tk1871 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. tk1871 will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity carried out using your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must contact support at [email protected] immediately so that the account can be secured. tk1871 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Account Verification (KYC)

tk1871 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when a pattern of account activity raises compliance concerns. Required documents may include a copy of your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a bank statement or mobile financial service screenshot showing your registered payment number, and a selfie photograph. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 calendar days will result in account suspension.

All deposits and withdrawals on tk1871 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. tk1871 does not accept cryptocurrency payments.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into the same account and that is registered in the same name as the tk1871 account. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering. tk1871 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

tk1871 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal pending completion of enhanced due diligence checks, including identity verification or source-of-funds documentation, where required by internal compliance procedures. Players will be notified of any such delay and provided with a clear list of documents required to release the withdrawal.

Deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before a withdrawal can be processed. This applies to deposits only — bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as described in the Bonus & Promotions section of these Terms.

tk1871 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, as well as the general bonus terms outlined in this section.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also called a "rollover" or "playthrough" requirement) before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each offer is stated clearly in the individual offer terms. As a general guide, bonus funds on tk1871 carry a standard wagering requirement of 20x to 35x the bonus amount, unless a specific offer states otherwise.

Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10–15%. Sports bets placed at odds of 1.50 or greater contribute 100%. Crash games (including Aviator) contribute 50%. Fishing games contribute 25%. These contribution rates are subject to change and the current rates for any active bonus are displayed in the player's bonus dashboard.

Bonus Abuse & Exploitation

tk1871 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage/hedging using bonus funds); using bonus funds solely on games with near-zero house edge to complete wagering requirements without genuine play; and any other strategy designed to exploit the bonus system rather than use it for its intended entertainment purpose.

Where bonus abuse is identified, tk1871 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel all winnings derived from bonus funds, and suspend the associated account. Confirmed cases of systematic bonus fraud may result in permanent account closure and reporting to relevant financial institutions.

Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless the specific promotion states a different validity period. Expired bonuses and any pending winnings attached to them are forfeited automatically without notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tk1871 platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity, age, payment, or contact information at any stage of account registration or verification.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or using the platform as a vehicle to obfuscate the origin of funds.
• Match fixing and sports integrity violations: Placing bets on sports events that you know to be, or have reason to believe are, subject to fixing, manipulation, or corruption.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in live casino games or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Software exploitation: Using automated betting bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Chargeback fraud: Depositing funds via card or bank transfer and then initiating a chargeback or reversal claim with your payment provider while retaining the platform balance or withdrawing winnings.
• Harassment: Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward tk1871 support staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Multiple accounts: Operating more than one account for any reason, including to circumvent self-exclusion, claim additional bonuses, or avoid account restrictions.

tk1871 reserves the right to investigate any account at any time where prohibited conduct is suspected. During an investigation, the account may be temporarily suspended and all pending withdrawals placed on hold. Players under investigation will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to provide a response before any final action is taken.

tk1871 may suspend or permanently close a player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Confirmed use of the account by a person under 18 years of age.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive calendar months with a zero balance.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order or request from a competent authority requiring account suspension.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account should contact support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid out to the player's registered payment method before closure. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited on account closure.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive calendar months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, bet, or game session). tk1871 will send a reminder email to the registered address 30 days before applying the dormancy status. Once dormant, a monthly administration fee of ৳100 may be deducted from the remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account by logging in. Reactivation is always available to the player at no charge by simply logging back in.

tk1871 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in platform uptime, security, and reliability, we do not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or free of interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party data feed disruptions, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk1871 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits from missed bets during downtime; failure of a third-party payment service to credit your account on time; losses resulting from a player's own decision-making in games or betting markets; or any technical failure on a player's device or internet connection.

tk1871's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits tk1871's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Third-Party Game Studios

Games supplied by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) are governed by those studios' own RNG certifications and game rules. tk1871 is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or disputes arising from the game software itself. In the event of a game malfunction during a live round, the affected round is voided and stakes are returned to the player's wallet.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with general principles of contract law applicable to digital service agreements. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the player and tk1871 shall be referred to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
